Customers can submit complaints through the authenticated support center or by emailing support@guardianwallet.ca.
Please include your account email, a clear description of the concern, relevant merchant or transaction details, and any safe reference numbers. Do not include passwords, full card numbers, CVVs, one-time codes, or raw identity documents.
Guardian Wallet will review complaints according to its internal support and compliance process. Escalation paths may depend on the issue type, provider relationships, and applicable law.
