Customers can request access/export, correction, deletion/account closure, or privacy assistance through authenticated support flows or by contacting support@guardianwallet.ca.
Guardian Wallet may need to verify account ownership before acting on a data request.
Deletion and closure requests are not instant destructive actions. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, dispute, audit, or provider requirements.
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, CVVs, one-time codes, raw bank credentials, or identity documents by email unless an approved secure upload flow is provided.
